5 things that changed when I took on a low alcohol lifestyle:
1. My skin immediately cleared up. My redness and rosacea almost entirely went away. This was amazing because the irritation didn't only happen after nights of drinking, but was an ongoing, long term issue for me.
2. The quality of my sleep improved dramatically. I no longer get headaches from grinding my teeth all night and general feel much more rested.
3. I lost stubborn weight. Cutting back helped me lose 10 lbs, and I didn't have to make any other lifestyle change.
4. My mental health got so much better. I realized a lot of my anxiety was actually "hangxiety" brought on after a night of partying. I feel clear-headed and less stressed about handling my responsibilities.
5. I no longer make a fool of myself. Pretty obvious, but I feel more in control of my words and actions when sober.
